If a family member dies you should contact a Funeral Director who will make the necessary arrangements with the clergy for the funeral or contact the clergy at http://www.exningparishchurch.net/index.php/contacts:

 

Throughout the year there are several occasions when we especially remember those who have passed on:

 

  • Bereavement Sunday is held at St Martin's on the Sunday before Remembrance Sunday. It is an occasion for those who have lost loved ones in the recent past
  •  
  • On Mothering Sunday we remember our Mother's who have passed on
  •  
  • Remembrance Sunday is the occasion when we remember those lost or injured in wars and other conflicts
  •  
  • At Christmas there are opportunities to remember those we have lost
