Music Week 2009

Music Week was held August 10 to 14, 2009.  Christine Conway-Jarrett and her helpers met each day in St Martin’s to sing, dance, make and paint as they worked on the music for Captain Noah and his Floating Zoo performed during "Worship for All" at St Martin's on Sunday August 16.

As well as singing, the children worked at preparing "props"

There was also time outside with games .........
....and so to Sunday morning
The Ark with "portholes" and a Rainbow of Hands ........ .......... set the scene for the performance
The church was packed....... .....and the children performed well
The cast after their final bow.....
We hope that during the week the children learned to enjoy making music....and more of God's love through the story of Captain Noah and his Floating Zoo
